One of our friendly staff members will greet you and serve you tea or water in the reception area. We will ask you to fill out a health form so that we can assess your needs before the session. This will help us to know important information such as your health history or relevant medical conditions. After this, you will go into one of our treatment rooms, and we will leave you to undress to your comfort level. We’ll return when you’re comfortably situated on the table. Then, we will give you a 30, 60, or 90 minute massage. Afterwards, the practitioner will step out of the room to give you privacy to get dressed. They will then return to review any home care strategies and make recommendations for future appointments.
