Janet Owen Estella – Owner

Janet has been a massage therapist for over 27 years!  She received her training from The Polarity Realization Institute in Ipswich MA, but is a consummate student, furthering her education at the Women’s Herbal Conference annually, as well as attending various workshops throughout the year.  Her most recent addition to her repertoire is the spa and esthetics services.  Janet has been interviewed by WBOQ and has been a guest on Salem Access Television.  She was also interviewed by New Perspectives Magazine for an article on aromatherapy.  Her passion for helping people to feel their best, and heal their bodies is the motivating force in her practice.  She incorporates Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and other modalities to help relieve her clients pain.  People say that she has the right touch.  Whether you have everyday tension, or a specific injury, Janet can help!

Crista

Crista is a licensed certified massage therapist who graduated from Spatech Institute in July 2021. Her specialty bodywork styles generally include intuitive, yet holistic ways of blending deep work, relaxation massage, and assisted stretching. Crista takes pride in delivering a deep therapeutic touch that still promotes relaxation, while providing a pain-free experience that gives physiological benefits to her clients long after their session.

Crista discovered yoga in her late teens and has been practicing ever since. To deepen her knowledge, she completed her first 200 hour teacher training in 2017 and has been teaching multiple styles. Crista’s passion for transforming lives through self-care has spanned well over 15 years. She is grateful for her yoga practice as one of the main reasons for avoiding injuries while living an active lifestyle. From teaching her classes and years of studying anatomy, Crista has developed a deep understanding of muscular variations of bodies and has witnessed firsthand the benefits of blending yoga along with massage.

Crista is native to the North Shore and currently resides in Peabody with her husband Ryan, daughter Jocelyn, and dog Neely.


Barbara

Barbara Hubbard is a Licensed and Board Certified Massage Therapist specializing in Relaxation, Deep Tissue and Therapeutic Massage for more than 30 years. Barbara is a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. Barbara received her training at the New England Institute of Massage in Cambridge, Ma. After several years and seeing a need for a deeper therapeutic massage skillset, Barbara went to the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge Ma. This is where she learned to work more deeply while working within the clients level of comfort.

Barbara enjoys learning and continues to develop ways to better help her clients achieve optimal health. Using a variety of techniques to address each individual’s concerns including swedish and deep tissue massage, hot stones, Polarity Therapy, pregnancy massage, trigger point work, cupping, neuromuscular techniques and stretching.

 Barbara has had much success in client relaxation, reducing tension headaches, jaw tightness, neck and shoulder pain and upper, mid and low back tension. 

Massage Therapy has so many benefits for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being. Pain relief from sore muscles, increased flexibility, relaxation, mental clarity, improved circulation, sports recovery and injury prevention 


Angela

Angela Donahue, massage therapist by day, super mom by night.
With over 10 years experience Angela has developed a diverse skill-set and offers a wide range of techniques from deep tissue to cupping. 

Always willing and capable of meeting the needs of all clients whether prenatal, elderly, or infant.

Karen:

Karen has been in the esthetics industry for over 30 years.  She owned her own business for 20 years and taught the State Board Esthetics program for nearly 6 years. Karen is an intuitive healer as well, providing each and every facial a deeply nurturing experience.
      
     During the service Karen also helps to  trouble shoot any skin challenges with complete intake of diet, health conditions and products that one might be using that is counterproductive to skin conditions or actually causing or exasperating!  Karen is passionate about using the natural approach to most challenges .. lymphatic drainage, acupressure and all natural products !
